Requirements

  1. We will accept JPEG, GIF, Rich Media & Third Party served ads.
  2. If an ad contains a sound it must be user-initiated (via a click).  Any user-initiated sound must contain “play” and “stop” options. Mouse-over and/or rollover initiated sounds are not allowed.
  3. Advertising that is in direct competition with the AWR or its efforts will not be accepted.  The AWR reserves the right to refuse advertisements or advertising campaigns.
  4. The AWR maintains control over all content on the site both editorially and in its presentation.
  5. The AWR may ask for an advertisement to be edited by the Advertiser if it fails to meet the approval of the AWR.

Lead Time for Ad to Appear

The following  lead times apply prior to campaign launch dates for receipt of creative assets and active URLs:

  1. Non-rich media / 3 business days
  2. Rich media / 7 business days

ADVERTISING MATERIALS

  1. All artwork/banners are to be provided to the AWR as specified in the Advertising Specifications above.
  2. The AWR is entitled to reject or discontinue advertisements at any time.
  3. If the AWR redesigns the site in a manner which affects the placement of an advertisement, the AWR will work to find a suitable and comparable placement area on the site for the advertisement and with the Advertiser’s approval.
  4. All products and/or services offered by the Advertiser through an advertisement is the Advertiser’s responsibility, as well as all taxes related to the sale of the aforementioned products and/or services.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Advertiser hereby grants the AWR the rights to display and reproduce the advertisement on its site (AbsentWillowReview.com)
  2. The Advertiser hereby certifies that it holds the appropriate rights and permissions to offer and/sell the product or service advertised.
  3. The Advertiser certifies that the advertisement does not violate any laws, regulations, or third party rights.  The Advertiser also certifies that the advertisement does not contain any libelous or defamatory statements.
  4. The AWR does not guarantee any level of impressions or circulation.
  5. The AWR is not liable to the Advertiser for any unexpected disruption in service with the site (AbsentWillowReview.com)
